Great spot in a bustling area! The luggage storage was a lifesaver, and the day staff were wonderfully helpful in planning our adventures.
Finding a taxi was like a game of hide and seek. Also, who knew bathtubs would be as rare as unicorns?

missingWrote a review on Nov 29broken acpoor service
The check-in process was an absolute nightmare! They informed us our room's AC was broken, and instead offered us a dingy dorm room instead of what we booked. It didn't have basic amenities like a fridge or TV. The air conditioning in the new room was weak, making it unbearable, and the constant street noise was infuriating. On top of that, the staff ignored our inquiries about services that weren't even operational anymore. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness as well—there were stains on the pillows and sheets.

I had a fantastic 9 nights here, enjoying the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and pancakes every morning. The staff was super helpful, making my stay feel special. The relaxing rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the 6-bed dorm due to no dividers between beds, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all! 😊
