It didn't have basic amenities like a fridge or TV. The air conditioning in the new room was weak, making it unbearable, and the constant street noise was infuriating. On top of that, the staff ignored our inquiries about services that weren't even operational anymore. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness as well—there were stains on the pillows and sheets.
